Join us for the opening reception of Things Things We Carry: Adelante, a Contemporary Art Month (CAM) Perennial Exhibition. Curated by Sala Diaz’s Exhibitions Manager, Casie Lomeli, and Independent Curator and Writer, Leslie Moody Castro, Adelante is one of five shows that make up this year’s CAM Perennial Exhibition.

In Adelante exhibiting artists Eva Gabriella Flynn and Adrienne Simmons approach landscape as both subject and collaborator. Through direct encounters with place they create artworks that physically embody these landscapes, integrating them as material.

The opening reception is free and open to all. Free parking can be found along Stieren St. and within the surrounding neighborhood. Refreshments will be provided.
